低阶煤层中CO渗透率特性规律研究

Research on the characteristics of CO permeability in low rank coal seam

摘要: 基于林南仓矿CO超标对井下自然发火预报体系造成威胁,提出了从煤的微观结构和外界环境条件两大方面对CO渗流规律进行研究。结果表明:低变质程度煤在不同外界条件下煤层中CO的渗透率远远小于瓦斯的渗透率,但二者随气体压力变化趋势大体一致,并且都对温度较敏感|当外界围压较小时,随着温度的升高CO渗透率下降,并随着围压的升高,CO渗透率影响逐渐减弱。当围压大于3.0MPa时,低阶煤中孔隙受到严重破坏,大孔结构消失,CO渗透率停止减小,几乎不受外界条件变化的影响,最后由主成份分析法和SPSS软件对煤层中CO渗透率影响因素进行权重分析,得到2个主要影响因素,分别为孔隙率和围压。

Abstract: Due to excessive CO, impacting the coal mine spontaneous combustion forecast index system..Taking Lin Nancang as an example ,From two aspects of the microstructure of coal and the external environment condition of CO to study the seepage law. Due to the low degree of metamorphism of coal, the structure of the big holes develop rich, and contains a large number of oxygen containing functional groups and free radicals, The permeability of CO in coal seams is much less than that of gas under different conditions, With the gas pressure change trend in general, and more sensitive to the temperature. When the external pressure is relatively small, the CO permeability decreases with the increase of temperature, and with the increase of confining pressure, the effect of CO permeability gradually weakened..When the confining pressure is greater than 3.0MPa, the pores in the low rank coal are severely damaged, the large pore structure disappears, and the CO permeability decreases, which is almost not affected by the change of the external conditions, Finally, the influence factors of CO permeability in coal seam are analyzed by using principal component analysis method and SPSS software, finally,getting two main influence factors, the porosity and confined pressure.
